Wonderful
Very polite and customer oriented people at reception who helped us a lot with luggage and all the care! Stunning view to HK harbour from 51st floor and free of charge option to visit swimming pool on 76th floor with even larger HK birds eye view. Extra bed was delivered very quickly. The room has small kitchen with all the necessary stuff. Quick lifts. Very large new shopping mall at the basement of the building. Comfortable bed.
1) Unexpectedly uncomfortable and very hard-to-use AC system. Control dash board on the wall is not readable and very unlogic to use. We could not employ it. 2) Sliding door at the bathroom is almost impossible to use - very heavy to move, kids could not do, only adults with efforts. Not good at all. 3) The hotel is a little bit remote to Nathan road and stars Avenue (40 mins walk).
